He has worked with Tata Group, Jumbo Qatar, Larsen & Toubro and Patni. He has also helped start-ups in setting up HR systems.
He has done graduation in basic sciences from Institute of Science, Nagpur followed by masters in HR and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
He is certified/qualified to conduct Hogan Assessment,FIRO-B, DISC, Belbin, NEO-PI-3,16 PF, TKI and TAT.
