He has done graduation in basic sciences from Institute of Science, Nagpur followed by masters in HR and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
He is certified/qualified to conduct Hogan Assessment,FIRO-B, DISC, Belbin, NEO-PI-3,16 PF, TKI and TAT.
He is a certified Executive Coach and has written book in Game Theory.
